Hi, I'm Telma Meyer, integrative nutrition health coach and founder of Thriving With Telma.

I know first hand how it is to feel out of control around food! I spent YEARS struggling cravings, managing stress & emotions, and eating all day to try and
make all the stress feel “better”.

Stress eating has always been the one thing that I could NOT control. The one thing that, no matter how good I was all day, always ended up sabotaging my nights. Especially after a long day dealing with work demands and a hectic lifestyle.
